By submitting either form, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and submitted in good faith;
  • You are submitting on your own behalf or with proper authority if representing an organisation;
  • You understand CTDC may use the information to contact you in relation to the purpose you indicated.

You agree not to use the forms for:

  • Unauthorised marketing or commercial solicitation;
  • False or misleading enquiries;
  • Harmful, defamatory, or unlawful communication.

3. Use of Your Data

Data submitted via these forms will be handled in accordance with CTDC’s Data Protection and Information Security Policy and Privacy Policy.

Specifically:

  • Your contact details and message will be used only to respond to your enquiry or share information related to CTDC services;
  • We may store your submission securely on our systems for a period of up to 24 months;

  • You will not be added to a general mailing list unless you explicitly opt in.

CTDC does not share your submitted data with third parties, except where required by law or where processing is conducted securely on our behalf (e.g. through email or cloud service providers under data processing agreements).

CTDC will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

CTDC [Centre for Transnational Development and Collaboration Ltd] acts as the data controller for the purposes of form submissions. If your submission relates to a different CTDC group service (e.g. regional subsidiary), data may be processed by the appropriate entity under CTDC’s internal data protection agreements.

No personal data submitted through these forms is processed using artificial intelligence (AI) or automated decision-making systems. If this changes in future, CTDC will provide clear disclosure and obtain explicit consent in accordance with its Responsible AI Use Policy.

4. No Guarantee of Response or Engagement

While we aim to respond promptly to all form submissions, CTDC is under no obligation to:

  • Respond to every enquiry submitted;
  • Enter into a service agreement or contractual relationship with any individual or organisation;
  • Offer course placement or consultancy solely based on form submission.

5. Intellectual Property and Use

The content of CTDC’s website, including our forms, branding, and communications, is the intellectual property of CTDC and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.

You agree not to submit copyrighted, confidential, or sensitive third-party material via these forms unless authorised.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

CTDC provides these forms on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the forms or submission of data.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the forms after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
