The policies CTDC works to, and the terms this site and our engagements are provided under.
We assess other organisations’ governance for a living, so our own is written down rather than assumed. The documents below set out how we handle information, how we contract, what we commit to, and what anyone working on a CTDC engagement is held to.

- What personal information CTDC collects through this site and in the course of an engagement, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it.

- Which cookies this site uses, and why. Visitors are given one, which remembers their cookie choice; videos and maps from other services, which set cookies of their own, load only with their agreement.

- The terms on which this site is provided, and the general terms under which CTDC contracts for consultancy, research and training work.

Where a document’s name above is a link, its full text is published here. Current signed versions of all of them are issued on request, and are provided as standard with any proposal, contract or due-diligence pack.
