Not every engagement follows every stage. Each service can be commissioned independently, and the work can begin wherever your organisation currently is.
How an engagement starts.
Three steps before any work is agreed. None of them commits you to the next.
Initial conversation
You tell us about the issue, decision or change facing your organisation. We listen, ask questions and establish whether CTDC is the right fit. This conversation is free and carries no obligation.
Scoping
We clarify the purpose, context and practical requirements of the work. We then identify the most appropriate service, or combination of services, and provide a short scoping note setting out our understanding and recommended next step.
Proposal
If you decide to proceed, we prepare a written proposal covering the approach, methods, team, timeline, deliverables and fees.
Working in your language
English and Arabic at any scale. French and Spanish for smaller assignments, delivered by associates who work natively in those languages. We will always tell you where our capacity ends.

You do not need to know which of the five you need. Most engagements begin with a problem that has not yet been fully named, and the first conversation is where that gets sorted out.
